The Project consists of the development of a new built Holiday inn Express 4G hotel, strategically located in the vicinity of the Adolfo Suarez Madrid Barajas airport, with easy connection to the other points of demand such as the Metropolitano Stadium or Ifema.

This hotel is the first 4th generation Holiday Inn Express in Spain. It has 156 rooms, a car park with around 80 spaces, a cafeteria, restaurant, terrace, swimming pool and gym; facilities that make a 3* hotel extremely attractive.

From the search for the investment opportunity to the design of the product, its construction and opening have been managed by the Alsotel Hospitality Group team.

The hotel is currently managed by Alsotel Opco. (Alsotel's subsidiary) under a HIEX franchise agreement with IHG. Its opening was carried out satisfactorily in March 2023 following the initial planning milestone and with magnificent occupancy rates from the beginning.
